Client Obligations

• The client grants Genpak permission to access and modify their website and other digital assets for the purpose of implementing marketing strategies.
• The client is responsible for ensuring the legality and ownership of all materials provided to Genpak.uk for marketing purposes.

Modifications

Genpak reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Amendments to the website

Genpak reserve the right to update the Website and all of its content at any time, including editorial content, graphics, designs, downloads and materials (the “Content”). The Content featured on the Website may be out of date at any given time, and We are under no obligation to update it.

Payments and Invoicing

• The client shall pay Genpak as per the agreed-upon payment terms and schedule.
• All payments are non-refundable, except as outlined in the specific agreement.
• Invoices not paid within the specified time period are subject to late fees.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, related to the services provided by Genpak shall remain the property of Genpak.

Confidentiality

These Conditions apply between any person to whom We provide any services:

• Both parties agree to treat all non-public information shared during the course of the engagement as confidential.
• Genpak will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the client’s consent.

Limitation of Liability

• Genpak will make every effort to provide high-quality services but does not guarantee specific results.
• Genpak will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the services provided.

Termination

• Either party may terminate the engagement for any reason with prior written notice.
• Upon termination, the client shall pay Genpak for all services rendered up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the English Law, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Genpak and the client concerning the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations.
